Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Ojas.Plus — the education and brand-incubation platform operated by CHITRAM.AI PRIVATE LIMITED(“Ojas”, “we”, “us”). By registering, creating an account, buying a course or service, or teaching or advising as a partner, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
1. The service
Ojas.Plus helps founders, artisans, and small businesses learn to build a premium brand. We provide the Ojas Academy (courses), expert-led webinars, one-to-one consultations, and flat-fee productized services such as project reports and formulation cards.
We provide the education and the tools. What you build is yours — Ojas.Plus is a platform to learn and build, not a manufacturer, a lender, or a compliance filer.
2. What we are not
Ojas.Plus is an education and brand-incubation platform. To be clear about the limits of what we offer:
- we do not manufacture products — sourcing, production, and quality are yours to arrange;
- we do not lend money or arrange credit on this platform;
- we do not file registrations or returns on your behalf; and
- the ready-made business track is not yet live — nothing on the Business-in-a-Box pages is available to buy, and registering interest creates no obligation.
3. Dossiers are drafts
Any project report, formulation card, or similar document Ojas.Plus generates is a draft — a structured starting point, not a finished or filing-ready document.
- A generated dossier is not bankable and not ready for a regulator as produced.
- A licensed professional must review and sign off before you rely on it for a loan, a filing, or any formal purpose.
- We do not warrant that a draft will lead to a loan, an approval, or any particular outcome.
4. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register or hold an account. Keep your credentials confidential — activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us immediately at hello@ojas.plus if you suspect unauthorised access.
Information you provide when you register or brief an expert must be accurate and kept current, so the service you asked for can be delivered.
5. Fees and payments
Some material is free; paid courses, consultations, and productized services are priced before you buy. Where a service is quoted individually, the fee is agreed in writing before work begins and invoiced on the quoted terms.
Payments are processed by regulated payment providers (such as Razorpay and Stripe). Ojas does not store your card details. The amount you confirm is the amount charged.
6. Refunds
For a paid service that has not yet been delivered, you may cancel for a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are pro-rated to what remains undelivered. Fees are for the work (teaching, analysis, documentation), not for a particular outcome. Approved refunds return through the original payment method.
7. Experts and partners
Experts and partners who teach a course, run a webinar, or deliver a consultation or service do so under their own partner agreement, which supplements these terms. As a partner you are responsible for the accuracy and quality of what you deliver, for holding any registration your advisory work requires, and for using learner data only to deliver the service it was shared for.
Commission on partner-delivered work is defined by a disclosed commission schedule and settled against recorded orders — transparent, in writing, never verbal.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Ojas.Plus to:
- submit false information, or information about a person or business without authority;
- copy, resell, or redistribute course material or dossiers without our agreement;
- send spam, or probe, overload, or disrupt the platform, or access another account or tenant’s data.
We may suspend accounts that put learners, experts, partners, or the platform at risk.
9. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of the information and briefs you upload, and you grant us the licence needed to host and process them so we can deliver the service you asked for. Course material, webinars, and dossier templates remain ours or our partners’ — you get the licence to use them for your own learning and business, not to redistribute them.
10. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted service — maintenance, upgrades, and events beyond our control can cause downtime. We may improve or change features over time; if a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you in advance.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ojas is not liable for the results you achieve from a course, consultation, or dossier, for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the six months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud.
13. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, after notice where practicable. On termination we will make commercially reasonable efforts to let you export your records within 30 days, except where the law requires us to retain or delete them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered office of CHITRAM.AI PRIVATE LIMITED.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and material changes are notified to account holders by email or in-product notice before they take effect.
